John Diprose has twenty seven years experience marketing and selling properties in the Greenhithe and Albany areas including eighteen years with his own office. He joined Harcourts Cooper & Co in Greenhithe three years ago and really enjoys the team environment. Prior to working in Real Estate John was a Registered Psychologist with a Master’s degree, and has worked as an Aviation Psychologist with the RNZAF and a Police Psychologist overseas. He originally came to the area as an Air Force Officer living on the Hobsonville Airbase. He liked the area so much that he bought a house on the waterfront and stayed!

He has marketed and sold hundreds of properties in Greenhithe, Herald Island and the wider Albany area, and is a specialist in waterfront, lifestyle and high value properties around the Upper Harbour. John has been selling properties over the million dollar mark since the early 1990’s and sold the first Greenhithe home to exceed a million dollars around twenty years ago. To date he has sold over a hundred million dollars worth of properties.
John Diprose is a qualified Real Estate Agent (AREINZ) with an Agent’s Licence and has had numerous awards in Real Estate including gaining top marks the year he sat the annual external licensee exams from a field of over 200 potential business owners. He has always enjoyed Real Estate because it is a fast moving and exciting occupation that draws on all his negotiation and ‘applied psychology’ skills and experience.
